Ingredients

  • 8 oz vodka
  • 2 oz dried sliced Wisconsin Ginseng
  • An 8-inch piece fresh Wisconsin Ginseng root (thinly sliced)
  • 1-inch piece ginger (thinly sliced)
  • 2 teaspoons coriander seed
  • 4-inch-by-1-inch strip orange zest as desired

Directions

1. Combine Wisconsin Ginseng, ginger, coriander seeds and orange zest to the vodka.

2. Steep for 1 month.

3. Strain and store in an airtight bottle.

4. Use to add a balance of flavor to sweeter cocktails like an Old Fashioned, Negroni, or Jack and Ginger.
