Ingredients

3 Granny Smith apples (quartered, cored, seeds removed)
1 medium sized cucumber
2 lemons peeled
2 cups kale (or spinach)
1 cup fresh parsley
1 celery rib
2 slices fresh Wisconsin Ginseng ( 1⁄4 inch)

Directions

1. Rinse all ingredients and cut off any damaged sections or tough ends.
2. Juice all ingredients beginning with the apple, cucumber, then add the kale, lemons,
parsley, celery, and Wisconsin Ginseng.
3. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
4. Garnish and stir with a celery or rhubarb stick.
5. Consume within 24 hours.
