  4 cups of mixed greens 

1/2 cup of shaved fresh Wisconsin Ginseng 

1/2 cup toasted walnuts

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes

1/4 cup sliced red onion 

2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

  1. In a large serving bowl, combine the ingredients.  
  2. Drizzle with the olive oil.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
